Papertwin shares video for “Alkaline,” forthcoming ‘Vox Humana’ EP out June 17

Brooklyn trio Papertwin released the video for their most recent single “Alkaline.” The video, directed by Clare Wadsworth, was inspired by performance artist Issa Israel as it captures Issa’s transformation into his alterego. Watch the video for “Alkaline” here or listen to the song above. The song is taken off of Papertwin’s debut release Vox Humana, which is due to be released on June 17th.

In 2009, Papertwin was formed by Max Decker who was joined by Francis Cardinale and Nick Shopa. Since getting together, they have gone on to release two homespun EPs and now are set to release their first full-length album Vox Humana on June 17th. The upcoming album was produced with the help of Abe Seiferth and mastered by Joe Laporta.

Along with the release of their album, Papertwin are also set to perform a couple of shows in Brooklyn, NY. The details for the shows, along with the tracklisting for Vox Humana, can be found below.
