The Crookes Announce Fall U.S. Tour

THE CROOKES ANNOUNCE FALL U.S. TOUR INCLUDING CMJ MUSIC MARATHON IN SUPPORT OF NEW LP 'SOAPBOX' OUT VIA MODERN OUTSIDER,

The Crookes have announced they will be returning to the U.S. in October, in continued support of their new album Soapbox released in April on Modern Outsider. The tour will kick off October 3 in Las Vegas, before taking part in this year’s TBD Festival in Sacramento on October 5, and wraps at the CMJ Music Marathon on October 21

Soapbox is the sophomore North American release, third overall, for The Crookes. Recorded in a church in the northern Italian alps, the remote isolation brought together this band of outsiders even closer, as they laid out their plan of attack. “The most obvious theme that runs through the entire album is the idea of ‘The Outsider’,” frets guitarist and lyricist Daniel. “As a band that seems to suit us… never invited inside, but never wanting to be.
