Rising North London duo IDER have just revealed the visuals to their second ever track, “Pulse.”
“We wanted to capture the intensity and the madness of falling headfirst for someone,” they told NYLON. “When you let everything go and lose all control and allow yourself to be completely vulnerable; that feeling of danger yet total freedom.”
IDER emerged in April this year with their debut track ‘Sorry’. Quickly enticing fans from Aurora to Tourist to Shura and drawing comparisons to Wet, London Grammar, Oh Wonder and FKA Twigs. Megan and Lily’s followup track, the vulnerable, beautifully balanced “Pulse”, has gone on to receive over 200,000 streams on Spotify alone since its release in June.
With a handful of live shows under their belt – supporting Conner Youngblood at The Waiting Room, Tegan and Sara at KOKO and Samaris at Bussey Building – IDER will lay low over the summer, writing and recording, before hitting back with their third single in September 2016.
Watch “Pulse” now, and keep an eye out for more new music from IDER soon.
