“Everest” by Klangstof

Klangstof, have had quite the busy year. They are the first Dutch band to play Coachella, and toured alongside The Flaming Lips and Miike Snow. The group’s debut EP: Everest, is slated to drop in early November. It’s led by the release of its title track “Everest”, a woozy alt-pop escapade that winds through textured verses and a dreamy chorus to match.

Klangstof are headed out on an extensive European tour that will be marked by a performance at London’s The Lexington for their largest headlining performance in the UK to date. As for the inspiration behind their EP, frontman Koen Van De Wardt says the band set their sights on “synthesizer heaven.”
