Glass Vaults a group of close friends from New Zealand with an uncanny knack for delivering lush, trance-inducing, hallucinatory walls of sound that shimmer with ghostly incantations. After three EP releases, the band is readying their debut album Sojourn.
Glass Vaults’ sound was once referred to as “glacial pop,” but the songs on Sojourn come from a warmer climate. Written during a summer in New York, South Florida, and Wellington (their home town), these lush psychedelic folk songs are a celebration of environment and love. Check out their forthcoming release, Sojourn, below, out September 24th.
