Born Ruffians have revealed the video for their new single “Miss You” which is taken from their new studio album Uncle, Duke & The Chief. The full-length will be released on February 16th on Paper Bag Records. The video for ‘Miss You” is the concluding third part of the brilliantly creative video series by Leah Fay Goldstein and Peter Dreimanis of the band July Talk.

“We had a lot of fun working on the third instalment in our trilogy of videos that we shot with Peter Dreimanis and Leah Fay Goldstein,” explains the band’s Luke Lalonde. “We spent the day in pretty realistic old man prosthetics, and we couldn’t help but be in character the whole time. We went straight method and embodied the role of “an old weirdo.” The prosthetic skin felt very real to the touch, it was a glimpse into our potential future.”

Luke Lalonde recently made his acting debut alongside Tim Heidecker in the feature film Sundowners. The film has received praise from Variety and Hollywood Reporter. The New York Times called it an “assured film debut” and Exclaim Magazine named it one of the year’s most underrated films.
