“Stalking Moon” by Wyldest

"Stalking Moon" by Wyldest is northern Transmissions' 'Song of the Day'.

Wyldest are Zoe Mead, Holly Mullineaux and Jack Gooderham. The London-based trio formed in 2014, with Mead and Mullineaux writing and performing in an early incarnations of the band before Gooderham joined on drums. Drawing on influences such as Kate Bush and Cocteau Twins, they have since been honing their brand of dream-pop out of initial bedroom recordings into more polished shoegaze-tinged outings, alongside the production work of Guy Massey (Palma Violets, The Libertines, Idlewild).

After playing the Green Man Festival, Wyldest starting working with new London independent label Hand In Hive for their debut EP, which is due March 18 ahead of a headline show at London’s Servant Jazz Quarters on March 21.
