Union Duke To Release "Cash & Carry" On 24/6

Folk-rock group Union Duke are set to release their latest album, Cash & Carry, on June 24th. Listen to the song “Greyhound” from their last release, above.

The band was founded in Toronto by high school friends Matt Warry-Smith, Ethan Smith and Jim MacDonald who were then joined by members Will Staunton and Rob Mclaren. Cash & Carry was recorded in a cabin in the Ontario woods and consists of 12 songs of “love, loss and a cheap shirt.”

In addition to their upcoming album release, Union Duke will kick off their summer tour with a CD release show in Toronto on June 28th at the Horseshoe Tavern, before making their way west and back again with dates in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario.
