British band TOWNS make “Too Tired” available for a free download ahead of their upcoming debut album release of Get By on June 2nd via Howling Owl Records. “Too Tired” can be heard above and downloaded via Soundcloud here.

Get By was recorded in Bristol along with the help of Dom Mitchison from Velcro Hooks and mastered by Oliver Wilde. The album also features appearances from Robin Stewart (The Naturals), Dom Mitchison (Velcro Hooks) and Richard Clarke (Scarlett Rascal) on penultimate track ‘Everyone’s Out’.  The music of TOWNS has been described as “suburban escapism that combines the experimental guitar sounds and DIY aesthetics of psych and shoegaze with the melodies of 60s and 90s guitar pop.”

In the past, TOWNS have performed with artists such as Paul Weller, Spiritualized, The Twang and Toy, Eagulls. The band is currently scheduled to perform various shows across England. Dates for these shows can be found below.
