Toro y Moi Releases "Chaz in Parts" Documentary.

Chaz Bundick (Toro y Moi) debuted a 15-minute documentary Chaz :in Parts, directed by Harry Israelson, today on his website ToroyMoi.com. Chaz :in Parts documents Bundick’s creative process as he crafted his latest album, 2015’s What For? The film spends time with Chaz as he develops one track from start to finish, beginning with early sketches in a notebook all the way to a complete mastered recording. Shot on VHS, the format offers an intimate portrait of Chaz as he pursues his biggest album yet, not just sonically, but conceptually. The film was directed by Harry Israelson for Primary Colors, with sound mix by Sam Plattner.
