Slow Club Share “Everything Is New” Video

Slow Club: "Everything Is New" Video Premieres yesterday

Slow Club – the duo of Rebecca Taylor and Charles Watson – debuted their new video for “Everything Is New,” off third album Complete Surrender, yesterday. Directed by the band and Andrea Sisson & Pete Ohs, and shot at various Los Angeles locations during Slow Club’s September/October US tour, the clip can also now be seen  below. Complete Surrender was released on July 15, 2014 via Wichita Recordings.

Slow Club will head back out on the road in the UK next week for a run of shows that begin with a November 11th show at Electric Brixton in London. More US tour dates will be announced soon.

Complete Surrender introduces a much fuller sound for Slow Club, with influences ranging from Frankie Valli and Marvin Gaye to Katy Perry. Produced by Colin Elliot (Richard Hawley), it captures the sound of a band coming into their own, from the melancholia of opener “Tears of Joy” ), to the galloping title track to the powerhouse pop of “Suffering You, Suffering Me” – managing throughout to harness both the spirit of their influences and their constant desire to experiment.
