Pell Shares new track "Cafe De Monde", the song comes off his forthcoming release 'Limbo' out November 6th

LIMBO, the new album from New Orleans songwriter, rapper and producer Pell, will be released in partnership with Dave Sitek’s (TV on the Radio) Federal Prism. Today, he is previewing the track “Café Du Monde.”
Sitek partnered with Pell on the new album after hearing and remixing his track 11:Eleven. The two began trading ideas before meeting face to face in Los Angeles and getting in the studio together. Sitek contributed much of the production to LIMBO, with additional work from Tomas Barfod (Secretly Canadian), Christo (Mac Miller, Ludacris), Staccs and Alexander Spit.

The album follows Pell’s underground favorite Floating While Dreamingmixtape, Pell performed at this year’s Lollapalooza, Buku and SXSW festivals along with appearances at the U.K.’s Reading & Leeds, and recently wrapped up a completely sold-out, nationwide tour opening for Kehlani.

Pell was born and raised in New Orleans before moving to Jackson, Mississippi when his family was displaced by Hurricane Katrina. From rapping on the side while working day jobs, including his first at the Dollar Store.
