About the remixers:

Hailing from Cologne/Köln, Germany, Michaela Dippel has been making excellent minimalist house under the Ada moniker for over a decade.  Her last album, Meine Zarten Pfoten, was released in 2011 on Pampa Records and comes highly recommended.

Andrew Morrison has released two albums of bracing retro electronics as The Cyclist, including last year’s Bones In Motion on Leaving/Stones Throw. This is his first remix since last year’s excellent revision of George Fitzgerald’s “I Can Tell By Way You Move”.

Lastly but not leastly, this remix package features one of the last works of the late Footwork pioneer DJ Rashad (born Anthony Harden) who passed away on April 26th from complications from a blood clot.  The remix also features the work of his longtime collaborator, DJ Spinn, who was prominent on Rashad’s landmark 2013 album, Double Cup (Hyperdub).

In Conflict is Owen Pallett’s fourth album and the second under his own name after releases as Final Fantasy.
