Hiss Golden Messenger Releases New Single
Hiss Golden Messenger will release their fifth studio album, Lateness of Dancers onSeptember 9 (September 15 worldwide) on Merge Records. Today, they premiered the new single “Mahogany Dread.”
The album was recorded outside of Hillsborough, North Carolina, and features Phil and Brad Cook of Megafaun, guitarist William Tyler, Alexandra Sauser-Monnig of Mountain Man, and Taylor’s long-time recording partner Scott Hirsch.
Hiss Golden Messenger tours North America this fall, beginning with east coast shows around Pop Montreal in September. The band is pleased to announce an additional string of dates on the west coast in November.
