James Forward, Jake Mills, and Connor Cunningham met for the first time as college freshmen in Boston. The guys honed their signature sound playing the Boston circuit as Waldo, opening for The New Pornographers and Childish Gambino. After graduating, James, Jake, and Connor decided to stick around the Boston area, continuing to make music as they adjusted to new work schedules and a new band name. Their first release as Dang Cl?ts is the culmination of two years of living, playing, and recording together.
