Culture Collide LA + SF Reveal 2014 Schedules

CULTURE COLLIDE ANNOUNCES PERFORMANCE SCHEDULES FOR LOS ANGELES (10/16-10/18) AND SAN FRANCISCO (10/14-10/15)

Culture Collide is excited to announce the daily performance schedule for their upcoming October festivals. The fifth edition of Culture Collide Los Angeles will take place from October 16th to 18th, and Culture Collide San Francisco will take place for the first time ever on October 14th and 15th. Bucking the trend of untenably expensive music festivals with largely homogeneous lineups, at three and two days of music for $30 and $20 dollars per ticket respectively, attendees in each city will gain access to an incredibly unique lineup of performances, the ability to participate in international happy hour events, and admission to each cities corresponding Creative Summits.

This years festivals will feature a diverse array of performers from over 20 different countries including Clap Your Hands Say Yeah (USA), Cloud Nothings (USA), Takeoffs & Landings (Peru), The Revolters (Turkey), Dorine Levy (Israel), AUTOSTRAD (Jordan), Nina Persson (Sweden), PINS (UK), Go Back to the Zoo (The Netherlands), Beat Connection (USA), and many more. Events in Los Angeles will take place at historic venues along the renowned Sunset Blvd. and beyond, including The Echo, Echoplex, Taix, The Church and the Culture Collide World Stage, located at the Taix parking lot.  While San Francisco’s Mission District, with its history as a hub of artistic creativity, plays host at The Chapel, Elbo Room, West of Pecos, Amnesia, and Mission Workshop.

Culture Collide introduces a Repreve bottle exchange for the 2014 festivals’ merchandise. REPREVE® is made from recycled plastic bottles. This year all Culture Collide t-shirts will be made with REPREVE and will only be available in exchange for 6 used plastic bottles (each shirt requires 6 plastic bottles to make). Bring 6 used plastic bottles to Culture Collide and walk away with an official festival t-shirt!

Over the past half decade Culture Collide has established itself as a unique and exciting international gathering where attendees exchange ideas at its Creative Summit, and experience art, food, drink, and music from all corners of the globe. Culture Collide stands out from its contemporary peers by putting the focus on true discovery on a worldwide scale.

Culture Collide will also take place in New York City on October 23rd and 24th during CMJ. Details and line up to be announced.
