Beverly swing back with “You Can’t Get It Right” – the second single from their debut, full-length album, Careers – out July 1st via Kanine Records. Frequent collaborators Drew Citron and Frankie Rose spent a lot of last year on the road together. They wrote on the road and recorded when back at home. Careers is the result of their time together and combines raw pop, post-punk, and dreamy harmonies, drawing inspiration from lo-fi greats such as The Amps and The Clean. To transport the songs out of the studio and to tour in support of the record, Citron will collaborate with additional musicians. Rose, treating Beverly as a side recording project, will continue to maintain focus on her solo career.
